Jopwell: Job Assistant

Jopwell Launched in January 2015 by cofounders Porter Braswell and Ryan Williams. Companies using Jopwell have access to a digital pipeline of candidate profiles through which they can market job and internship opportunities and connect with users. The current user base includes Black, Latino/Hispanic, and Native American professionals and students. It aims to solve the "pipeline" problem wherein some companies' perceive that there aren't enough good candidates for diverse recruitment

Project Job Assistant is a Jopwell mobile application that allows users to track job listings, store personal information and resume, to make sure users can respond immediately when potential jobs are posted.
